Cooking group

On Friday night we had our first cooking group which involved Ange, Rose and I trying out new recipes for each other. If anyone likes asparagus you MUST try this, it was the highlight of the night:

Place a bunch of asparagus, drizzle of olive oil, sea salt and flat leaf parsley in baking paper and wrap to make a parcel. Bake at 150 degrees for an hour. When you open the parcel the most delicious smell fills the room - take it to the table to open it ! The asparagus is soft and sweet. yummo !
