Switzerland

Me sliding down the mountain.

The Ice sculptures were amazing.

Went up the Jungrau mountain in Switzerland, it took two hours to get up there by this little train (see pic) which was a slow but scenic ride up the mountain. We layered up because it was so cold. My favourite bits were the ice cave - i love ice sculptures but had never seen a real life one- they had eskimos, igloos and pigeons etc, so gourgeous. My other favourite part of the day was sliding down the mountain on big blue discs, very fun! I also got to pat a really cute husky dog (unfortunately the day we were there you couldn't ride on a sledge with them). Took a packed lunch up and sat with Tim and Holly (see pic) and ate our lunch looking at the best view ever!

On the way back from Jungfrau Geoff and I decided to have local cuisine, beer and fondue. It was the best fondue I've ever had and made so much better by the atmosphere and mountain views (we were literally sitting surrounded by mountains covered with snow and a big waterfall.).
