Up at the crack of dawn (6am) Saturday morning demonstrates true love for seafood !!! Nat, Tanz and I went to Billingsgate on Saturday and got enough seafood to feed us for weeks ! A huge bag of king prawns for £4, NZ mussles £3 (all in the freezer at home!). The best buy of the morning was this giant salmon which was still swimming on Thursday. Nat did a great job cutting it up and Dan cooked it to perfection on the barbie.
