Rugby Sevens
For the long weekend, Geoff, Steve, Pete, Phoebe and I caught the train to Twickenham to watch the sevens tournament. (I had no idea we were going to watch a tournament or I might have declined the invitation, I thought we were going to watch one game of rugby !!)
It rained most of the day and the girls toilet queue was always about 20 people long. However we were situated right behind the goal post, about 10 seats back, coincidentally exactly where all the teams would warm up and stretch before their games. Steve had bought his bincoculars so I had my entertainment for the day. Plus pizzas, cider and beer, made for a great day of sport and laughs.
