Cooking group

Anne (Rose's mum) and Rose making mojitos.
go the self timer.....

Strawberry and Mint sorbet for dessert.

On Friday night we had our first cooking group which involved Ange, Rose and I trying out new recipes for each other. If anyone likes asparagus you MUST try this, it was the highlight of the night:

Place a bunch of asparagus, drizzle of olive oil, sea salt and flat leaf parsley in baking paper and wrap to make a parcel. Bake at 150 degrees for an hour. When you open the parcel the most delicious smell fills the room - take it to the table to open it ! The asparagus is soft and sweet. yummo ! Let me know if anyone tries this recipe and if you liked it.

Max and Finn

These are the two boys I have been looking after for the past two weeks. Max is 11 months and Finn is just two. Although a handful at times, they are soooo cute and I'll miss them heaps this week !
